Summary
Join our clients team in Felinfach as a Packing Operator (PO) and play a key part in getting our products packed, checked, and out the door every day. You’ll work closely with the Senior Packing Operator and a supportive team that values teamwork, reliability, and taking pride in a job well done.

What you’ll be doing
Keeping packing lines running smoothly using both manual and automated systems.
Carrying out quality and process checks and logging results accurately.
Keeping daily stock records up to date.
Following food hygiene, GMP, and safety procedures at all times.
Sharing updates on production, quality, and hygiene with the Packing Lead.
Reducing waste and dealing quickly with spills or issues.
Clearing and correctly disposing of empty packaging and IBCs.
Safely decanting chemicals into automated dosing systems.
Labelling pallets, scanning them into SAP, and keeping inventory accurate.
Moving pallets efficiently from the packing lines to the warehouse.
What we’re looking for
A team player with good communication skills.
Someone who’s hands-on, reliable, and happy to get stuck in.
Comfortable using computers and reporting systems.
Calm under pressure and able to think on their feet.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
FLT experience is helpful, but not essential — They will provide training.
You’ll need to live within 40 minutes of Felinfach and have your own transport
