We are looking for a professional, ambitious & confident Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse. You will be working 42 hours a week (Days,Nights and Weekends) at Cygnet Pindar house. Senior RMN's with interests in leadership, research & risk assessment are encouraged to apply. Your day-to-day Lead an allocated team of nurses & support workers Ensure care & associated duties are allocated effectively & within team members competence Supervise junior staff &, leading by example, teach & guide them Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit & improve quality Safeguard & promote the wellbeing of service users Manage medication Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with service users, relatives & other healthcare professionals Be responsible for the co-ordination, assessment, planning, implementation & evaluation of individual patient programmes of care.
