Summary
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + company car or car allowance Location: Home-based with national travel | 37.5 hours per week Are you an experienced PET-CT clinical leader ready to take ownership of services on a national scale? Were looking for a PET-CT Services Manager to lead the delivery, development and performance of our static, relocatable and mobile PET-CT services across the UK. This is a senior, high-impact role where clinical credibility, operational excellence and commercial awareness come together to shape outstanding patient-centred services. Working closely with PET-CT Operational Managers, clinical teams, NHS stakeholders and internal business partners, youll set the vision for the division while ensuring services are safe, compliant, efficient and financially strong. What youll be doing Providing visible, credible leadership across all PET-CT services, ensuring consistently high clinical and operational standards Owning performance against KPIs, budgets and contractual requirements, with a strong focus on service quality and patient experience Leading clinical governance, regulatory compliance and audit activity across the division Developing and motivating high-performing multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites Building strong relationships with NHS Trusts, commissioners, private providers and internal stakeholders Supporting service growth and business development opportunities alongside the wider commercial team What were looking for A clinical background in PET-CT, with the confidence and credibility to lead at senior level Proven experience leading complex, multi-site healthcare services across the NHS and independent sector Strong operational and commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and delivering against financial targets A collaborative, calm and decisive leadership style, particularly in complex or high-pressure environments Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate strategy into practical, deliverable plans Experience working within regulatory frameworks including CQC, IR(ME)R, IRR, ARSAC and related standards Why join us?
