Summary
George Eliot has an excellent people development service with extensive CPD opportunities both trust led and provided by external providers with participation supported and encouraged by the Therapy leadership team. In joining this team you will have the opportunity to be a part of the service development within frailty and be part of the Therapy Team delivering care across front door frailty and a dedicated acute frailty unit The successful candidate will join a Team of Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists, who work alongside a wider MDT including Consultants, Physician Associates and Advanced Clinical Practitioners. The postholder may be required to work across 7 days, to meet the needs of the service.
