Care Assistant (days). Parklands Care Home
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Hours: 44 hours per week (4 shifts) including alternate weekend working
Shifts: 8am-8pm

As a Care Assistant on Days, you will:
Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents
Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities
Promote independence and dignity in all aspects of care
Work collaboratively with the wider care team
Maintain accurate records and follow individual care plans
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential)
A kind, empathetic, and patient approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work alternate weekends
A genuine passion for supporting older people
