Summary
As an Early Years Practitioner Qualified you will create outdoor learning environments that inspire and uplift.
Working outdoors in all seasons and weathers
A thorough understand of woodland management and principles
Land management techniques
Be passionate about environmental study
Knowledgeable about wildlife trees and plant IDs
Promoting and having respect for nature
Experience in woodwork and traditional crafts
Experience in drawing up and implementing risk assessments
