Summary
We are looking for a Cleaner / Night Concierge to join our team at Hazel Court, Swansea. This is a part time permanent position for 26 hours per week offering £12.60 per hour. You’ll play a vital role in keeping our communal areas spotless and ensuring a safe, secure environment for residents. About the role
As a Cleaner / Night Concierge, you’ll:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness in communal areas (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom cleaning).
Handle waste disposal and replenish supplies.
Ensure building security by patrolling premises, monitoring access points, and responding to emergencies.
Carry out fire safety checks and report any issues promptly.
Work independently during night shifts, liaising with on-call staff when needed.
Your shifts will include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays, so flexibility is key.
