We’re looking for an experienced tutor to support learners on the Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship.
You will be delivering high-quality coaching, tutoring and assessment to apprentices, supporting them through each stage of the programme, from initial learning to portfolio development and End Point Assessment readiness . You’ll work closely with internal teams to maintain compliance with apprenticeship standards and relevant guidance.
This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) predominantly remote with one day per month required at the Ascento Learning and Development head office in Dronfield.
The tutor will deliver high-quality training, mentorship, and guidance to learners enrolled in our Level 7 Senior Leader apprenticeship.
- Deliver high-quality 1:1 training, mentorship, and guidance to apprentices
- Manage a caseload of learners supported by our learner progress coaches
- Provide clear, actionable feedback to support learners in achieving their objectives
- Support learners to develop their leadership skills in areas such as change management, strategy, finance, governance, and organisational performance.
- Maintain accurate records
You will need proven experience in leadership and management apprenticeship delivery, strong communication and organisational skills, familiarity with remote working.
