Summary


We are currently looking for a Admin Assistant to provide efficient and comprehensive administrative support to the Oral Health promotion admin and clinical teams delivering a broad range of large-scale community outreach programmes. You will act as an ambassador for the Service, promoting the highest standards of excellence in working practices.

You will support the clinical teams on school intervention programme visits during the academic year and during schoolterm breaks offer admin support to the Project teams and clinics as and when needed You will be expected to mainly support the teams in multiple boroughs across North East London if the need should arise.

You will ensure stock levels aremaintained and inform the Project Support Officers when stock is running low. You will support a cohesive team approach and be able to develop and strengthen working relationships both internally and externally.

The post holder will need to be able to work in a very busy environment whilst remaining calm, so the ability to workindependently, proactively and under pressure is important.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to act as a professional contact point for all enquiries withthe ability to exercise tact, diplomacy and empathy.

A positive attitude, excellent organisational and problem solving skillsand a commitment to excellent customer service is essential. You will be required to travel around London to provide project field support for clinical staff applying fluoride varnish programmes and other outreach programmes as and when required to meet Service need.
