As an Administrator, your role and responsibilities will include…
• Providing administrative support to the team & other office admin duties
• Managing phone communications, making & receiving calls
• Assisting with executive administrative tasks, managing emails
• Photocopying, scanning, creating electronic bundles
• Using contract management software (Epix Systems) to provide real time job updates
• Managing operative diaries, job allocation and completion processes
• Collating data to prepare invoices from onsite teams/contractors
We’re looking for an Administrator, with the following skills and experience…
• Previous experience in administration
• Strong communication skills written, verbal & in-person
• Positive telephone manner & happy to handle confidential information
• Previous experience in using contract management software would be preferred
• Previous experience in using accountancy software would be preferred but not essential
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail, accurate, computer literate and proficient with MS office
As an Administrator, you’ll receive a salary of £25,500, along with the following benefits…
