As a Marketing Account Manager your responsibilities will include:
• Being the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Overseeing the planning, execution, & optimisation of marketing campaigns
• Monitoring campaign performance and providing clients with detailed reports and insights
• Following industry trends and incorporating relevant strategies into client campaigns
• Seeking opportunities to expand existing client relationships with new services/solutions
• Participating in client renewal discussions and negotiating contract renewals
We are looking for a Marketing Account Manager with the following skills and experience:
• Ideally at least 3 years’ experience as a Marketing Account Manager in a marketing agency
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple clients/tasks
• Ability to analyse campaign performance data and translate it into actionable insights
• A creative individual, with personality and flare, that can grab the attention of a room
• Focused, with a desire to achieve targets and deadlines
• A full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle
