The Opportunity
A rare chance for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex schemes across the commercial, community, healthcare, hospitality, education, defence, and retail sectors.

The Role
Based primarily in the office, with a couple of days per week on site.
Overseeing a £3.8m refurbishment NEC scheme in London, alongside another scheme.
Exposure to varied schemes, offering both stability and opportunities to broaden your experience.

The Right Person
We’re looking for a Quantity Surveyor with:
At least 5 years’ experience (non-housebuilding)
Strong relationship-building skills
Good IT and communication abilities
Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
A team player with strong interpersonal skills
Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm
