Summary
Essential: Educated to GCSE (or equivalent) standard, with a pass in English and MathsNVQ Level 2 or 3 in Care or equivalentEvidence of recent learning or development in health You will require: Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact appropriately with patients, relatives, team members and other staff groups. The ability to work flexibly across core hours (and on rare occasions, outside core hours) during the week to meet the needs of the service. To travel between hospital and community bases such as patients homes, community hubs and between hospital sites. Experience in working with children, young people, or families in a health, social care, or community setting, including the provision of holistic and tailored support.
