Summary
To audit against agreed national or local standards relating to in house services provided by the Estates and Facilities CSU across the Trust. This will include auditing cleanliness standards in wards, theatres, public areas and departments across the Trust, Audit standards of outsourced contracts as specified in the contract specification. The contracts include, but are not limited to Linen Services, Pest Control, Staff and Visitor Catering, Window Cleaning, Taxis, advertising and Vending Audits for catering will monitor food safety standards that are being adhered to in restaurants, cafes and retail outlets across the Trust. Requirement to liaise with Contract Managers regarding service shortfalls in standards and put in place relevant action plans for the Contractor to implement.
