Employment Coach - Support Employment Service - Wokingham
29.6 hours per week (Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays)

Do you have the skills, commitment and passion to enable individuals to achieve sustainable employment and realise their aspirations?
We are seeking a motivated, organised and proactive Employment Coach to join our high-performing team, supporting individuals covered under the Equality Act 2010, including unpaid carers, to access meaningful and lasting employment opportunities.
As an Employment Coach, you will play a pivotal role in promoting inclusion, breaking down barriers and supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals. This is a role where your professionalism, adaptability and creativity will directly contribute to changing lives and improving communities.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Working closely with clients to identify their skills, strengths and career aspirations.
· Developing tailored employment pathways and supporting clients to secure and sustain suitable roles.
· Providing practical support, such as interview preparation, travel training, and confidence-building activities.
· On the job coaching, training clients in their workplace to independence
· Engaging with a broad network of local and national employers to create new and impactful employment opportunities.
· Promoting inclusive workplace practices and advocating for positive change.
We are looking for someone who:
· Is professional, empathetic and highly organised.
· Can build strong, trust-based relationships with clients and employers.
· Is driven to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives.
· Holds a full driving licence and has daily access to a vehicle.
