Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property transactions, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and providing exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities
Managing the end-to-end conveyancing process for residential property transactions.
Preparing and reviewing legal documentation, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documentation.
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
Conducting searches, enquiries, and due diligence to ensure clear title and compliance with relevant legislation.
Coordinating with external parties such as surveyors, local authorities, and land registry offices.
Ensuring all transactions adhere to current legal standards and internal policies.
Maintaining accurate records of all case files and correspondence throughout the conveyancing process.
Providing clear updates to clients regarding progress and any issues that may arise during transactions.
Skills
Strong understanding of property law and conveyancing procedures.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach to client service.
Attention to detail and high accuracy in document preparation and review.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
