The Service
We have an ambitious Housing Improvement Plan, which will deliver significant changes over the coming years. To support this, we’re expanding our Service Improvement Team and are looking for Service Improvement Officers with expertise in continuous improvement and business analysis.

Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
Experience in service improvement, compliance, or housing services.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to analyse data and drive continuous improvement.
Competent in data manipulation and reporting.
Organised, proactive, and confident in managing change projects.
