We are seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Business Partner to join our team.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic procurement support across primarily
the Asset Management, Development, and Estates functions. This is an exciting opportunity to influence high profile projects,
ensure value for money, compliance with PCR2015 and the Procurement Act 2023, and embed sustainability and social value into
procurement activities.

You will lead on the tendering, developing category strategies, and will provide expert advice on best practice, market trends,
and risk mitigation.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in public sector procurement, with strong knowledge of housing,
construction, or estates environments. You will be confident in drafting contracts, managing multiple complex tender processes,
managing categories and using procurement systems such as In-Tend. The ability to manage multiple projects at once, combined with
strong communication skills and the ability to deliver training and guidance to non-procurement colleagues, are essential.

We offer a supportive environment where you can share your expertise, drive continuous improvement, mentor colleagues, and
contribute to delivering high quality homes and services for residents. Please apply promptly, as we reserve the right to close
this vacancy early should we receive a high volume of applications.

We offer:

* A performance based annual bonus + pension contributions matched up to 6%
* 28 days holiday + bank holidays and the option to buy/sell holiday
* Training & Development and opportunities for continuing professional development including regular tool box talks
* A great team of colleagues to work with
* Regular social and charitable events and a range of wellbeing activities
* Enhanced family leave policies
* A really competitive package of flexible employee benefits including a cycle to work scheme
* Free parking and disabled parking
* Access to two holiday homes in Norfolk and Dorset
