We are expanding and looking for ambitious individuals to join our remote sales team.
The Role
You’ll be speaking with customers of the UK’s leading insurance providers, inviting them to review their existing policies.
This is a non-pushy, value-driven conversation — as a company, we’ve saved customers hundreds of thousands of pounds over the lifetime of their policies.
Your job is to identify interest and generate quality leads for our advisory partners.
What You’ll Be Doing
Working 100% from home
Calling approximately 250 customers per day
Booking policy reviews and generating accepted leads
Managing your own time and performance — no micromanagement
Earnings & Progression
First 10 days – Commission Only
£35 per accepted lead
Hit 20 accepted leads in a week → earn £40 per lead
Certain broker placements pay up to £400 per lead
After 2 Successful Weeks
Move onto a basic salary + commission model
After 3 Months
Opportunity to gain Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications
Fully funded by us
