Summary

Barista required at St Albans, AL3
We are looking for two Baristas to join our client’s team based in St Albans Hospital, AL3.
Role overview:
Job: barista
Location: St Albans, AL3
Pay: starts from £12.60 per hour
Working hours:
Monday to Friday shifts from 14:00 until 18:00 - week day barista
Saturday and Sunday shifts from 08:00 until 15:00 - weekend barista
The role starts on 2 January.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea and smoothies
• Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional customer service
• Operate coffee machines and basic kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar area
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
• Previous barista or food service experience preferred
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety standards
• Basic DBS Enhanced check is required
• Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
