Summary
Core Group is currently hiring 2 experienced MIG Welders for an ongoing project in Bedfordshire (MK43).
Job Title: MIG Welder (x2)
Start Date: 05.01.2026
Duration: Minimum 2-month contract – temp to perm available for the right candidates
Location: Bedfordshire | MK43
Rate: £21–£22 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours:
Minimum 40 hours per week
50–60 hours available
Minimum 8 hours per day, up to 10–12 hours available
Saturdays available
Duties:
MIG welding mild steel components
Working from engineering and fabrication drawings
Producing high-quality, neat welds
General fabrication support as required
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Following all health & safety procedures
Experience in architectural or structural metalwork required
