Summary

In the Customer Advisor / Call Centre role, you will be:

• Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email, Live Chat, and SMS, booking appointments, and providing product/service support

• Making targeted outbound calls to schedule or reschedule appointments, maximise schedules, and highlight promotions

• Recording all customer interactions accurately in the CRM and ensuring a high-quality customer experience

To be successful in the Customer Advisor / Call Centre role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a customer-focused role

• Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to learn new systems quickly

• A calm and collected approach under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent phone skills, including handling complaints effectively

• Empathy, patience, and the ability to assist clients with communication difficulties
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• A flexible, team-oriented approach

This is a temporary role for a period of 12 weeks initially working full time with a 4-week rotating shift pattern including some evenings and Saturdays.

You'll be based in modern offices in Llandudno (accessible via public transport) and on an hourly rate of £12.21 + benefits.
