Are you passionate about supporting students to achieve their full potential?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning Supervisor to join our team on a full time (term time+4weeks) basis. The role will be supporting students across Sport, Outdoor Leadership and Uniformed Services groups.

In this role, you will:

Deliver computer-based sessions with a focus on supporting students’ complete homework, assessments and any other tasks set by their course leader.

Provide support and guidance for learners by creating a purposeful environment and support to reach their academic potential through effective assignment support.
Maintain standards and expectations related to student behaviour within the computer-based sessions.

What we’re looking for:

A commitment to student success and wellbeing.

Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate young people.

Experience supporting learners in an educational setting is desirable, but not essential – enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are key!

If you’re ready to take the next step in your career and contribute to an outstanding student experience, we’d love to hear from you.
