Summary
Handymen – Temp Roles (Hotel in Kensington)
We are looking for two experienced and reliable Handymen to join a hotel team in Kensington on a temporary basis.
Position Overview:
Job Title: Handymen
Location: Kensington
Working hours: 10am – 4pm (rota based); part time
Independent role – you will be responsible for general maintenance around the hotel
Pay: From £14.00 per hour, depending on experience
Key responsibilities:
• Carrying out basic repairs and maintenance across guest and staff areas
• Performing painting, minor plumbing, carpentry and fixture repairs as needed
• Ensuring health and safety standards are followed at all times
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from hotel staff
• Keeping tools, equipment and work areas tidy and in good condition
Requirements:
• Proven experience in general maintenance or handyman work
• Practical skills in a variety of trades (basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, electrical)
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Good communication skills and professional attitude
Benefits:
• Daytime hours (10am – 4pm)
• Central Kensington location, easily accessible by public transport
• Weekly pay, with rates starting from £14.00 p/h
