Summary

Night Support Worker Team Leader

North Somercotes (near Louth) (Because of the rural location, a car and driving licence are essential.)

Waking Nights plus evenings | up to £16.50 per hour


About the role

This role is to be the Team Leader of our complex care package in North Somercotes. You'll be supporting a 17-year-old young woman with complex health needs during the night, helping to ensure she feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for while her family rests.

Alongside doing shifts, you will also be the Team Leader of the package, ensuring the package is running smoothly, and communicating with the Support Team (Care Manager, Care Scheduler, Registered Manager).



When you'll work
  • Waking nights (11pm-8am)

  • Evenings (4pm-9pm)



What you'll need
  • Previous experience with team leading / managing people

  • A genuine passion for supporting young people

  • A kind, caring and patient personality

  • Reliability and flexibility

  • Good communication skills and teamwork

  • A driver with access to a car



What you'll get
