Action Staffing is partnering with a leading care provider to find a Dual Site Manager to oversee two therapeutic children's homes in the Lancashire area. This is a rare opportunity to manage a high-performing service with a salary package of up to £70,000.
THE OPPORTUNITY: You will take legal responsibility for two residential homes catering to young people (7-17) with complex needs. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of care, leading your staff teams, and ensuring both homes remain compliant with Ofsted regulations.
KEY DUTIES:
Act as the Registered Manager for two separate children's homes.
Mentor, train, and lead your Deputy Managers and support staff.
Manage budgets, rotas, and operational resources efficiently.
Ensure all care plans are therapeutic, child-centred, and compliant with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Qualification: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.
Experience: 2+ years as a Registered Manager in a Children's Residential setting.
Success: A proven history of 'Good' or 'Outstanding' outcomes with Ofsted.
Drivers: Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle.
