• Deliver tailored emotional and academic support to students with SEMH needs
• Work closely with SENCOs, teachers, and therapists to design meaningful interventions
• Lead and facilitate small group and 1:1 sessions addressing self-regulation and resilience
• Monitor progress, maintain precise records, and adapt strategies in real time
• Engage families and external specialists, championing holistic student progress
