What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering one-to-one and small group interventions as the Behaviour Mentor
• Designing personalised strategies to support pupils with SEMH and SEN needs
• Collaborating with expert SENCOs, pastoral staff, and external agencies
• Supporting classroom teaching by modelling positive behaviour techniques
• Tracking pupil outcomes, presenting insights at team meetings
• Helping to plan whole-school behaviour initiatives and workshops
