What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading the pastoral vision and strategy for Year 7 cohorts
• Supporting transition from primary, ensuring outstanding student integration
• Collaborating with teachers, SEND, and safeguarding teams to meet complex needs
• Analysing academic and pastoral data – driving tailored interventions and enrichment
• Communicating closely with families, modelling the school values and setting the standard for conduct
• Initiating innovative projects that encourage student involvement and school pride
