Summary
We are seeking a motivated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated staff team. Woodlands School is an outstanding special school for pupils aged 2-19 years of age with severe or profound learning difficulties or an autism spectrum disorder.The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. Our Higher Level Teaching Assistants support learning by providing and delivering learning activities to meet students' individual needs. As an HLTA you will work collaboratively with teaching staff to support classroom management and behaviour strategies and provide guidance to and oversee the teaching assistants.
