Summary

Argyll Community Housing Association is seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to work in our busy Lochgilphead team, dealing with day to day customer enquiries in relation to the Associations services.

Customer Services Assistant
Location: Lochgilphead
Fixed Term to 30th June 2026
14 hours per week
Work Pattern: 9am – 5pm Wednesday & Friday
£9,529.60 - £9996.80 per annum

Argyll Community Housing Association is seeking to recruit a highly motivated individual to work in our busy Lochgilphead team, dealing with day to day customer enquiries in relation to the Association’s services.

The successful candidate needs to have a minimum of three National 5’s or equivalent and to be competent in the use of Microsoft Office packages. The ability to provide excellent customer service is essential.

The post-holder will have regular contact with customers, staff and contractors, therefore organisational, administrative and communication skills are key.
