Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

You will have:

Recent experience of working with learners of all abilities in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and, desirably, across the First School age range

A track record of successful leadership of a subject, preferably EYFS

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate and inspire

The ability to initiate, manage and embed improvements effectively

A track record in successfully developing and managing a team of staff

The ability to take well informed decisions and delegate tasks effectively

The desire and ability to work collaboratively with parents/carers and other professionals

A clear understanding about how to effectively safeguard children

Extremely high expectations of pupils and a full commitment to raising standards for all children, whatever their needs

You will be:

Someone who puts children first and is committed to inclusion

A positive individual with a passion for education

Able to take a central part in the monitoring and development of teaching and learning across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
