What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Administration Assistant to support the smooth running of our College. This is a varied and rewarding role where you will play a key part in ensuring efficient administration across the whole school.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational and communication skills who is able to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail. You will have the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines. Strong ICT skills and experience of working in a busy office environment are essential, along with a positive, flexible approach.
Responsibilities will include:
• Manage and prioritise requests for letters, photocopying, and document preparation.
• Administer processes for Year 7 transition.
• Lead on ParentMail communications and parents’ evening setup.
• Support events such as Primary School visits and Music School invoicing.
• Provide cover for Reception when required and administer basic first aid on a rota basis
