Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated pharmacy dispenser to join our friendly team at Arundel Pharmacy. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent pharmaceutical services and patient care, working under the supervision of the responsible pharmacist.

Main Responsibilities
Dispense prescribed medications accurately and efficiently in line with best practice
Process prescriptions in accordance with current quality, safety, and legal standards
Provide advice and support to patients regarding their medications (referring to the pharmacist where appropriate)
Produce repeat prescriptions using pharmacy clinical systems (Cegedim's Pharmacy Manager)
Maintain cost-effective stock control and dispensary
Maintain a clean and tidy dispensary
Managing Monitored Dosage System Services
Handle prescription queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Deliver excellent customer service both in person and over the telephone
Work collaboratively with pharmacists, the pharmacy team, and wider healthcare professionals

Must have a willingness to learn and further your development
Essential:
NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (or equivalent)
Desirable:
Previous experience as a pharmacy dispenser or technician

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help others
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong teamwork and organisational skills
