Summary
Business Analyst
We are seeking a Business Analyst to act as a key link between clients, stakeholders and delivery teams. You will gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into clear design and functional documents that support effective delivery, including solutions that make use of agentic AI and large language models (LLMs).
Key Responsibilities
Work with clients and stakeholders to understand and document business requirements
Translate client needs into clear design documents, user stories and functional specifications
Support the design of solutions involving agentic AI and LLM-based systems
Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions
Ensure requirements remain aligned with business objectives throughout delivery
Essential Skills & Experience
Degree in Business Management or a related discipline
Strong business and commercial understanding
Experience translating business requirements into clear design documentation
Understanding of agentic AI and large language models, and how they can be applied to business solutions
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
