Summary
Your new company
You will be joining an established and well-respected Tier 1 contractor based in Swindon operating within the water industry. This multi-accredited and high-profile contractor delivers large-scale clean and waste water capital programmes for Thames Water and offers a strong pipeline of AMP8 works as well as excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. As part of their continued growth, they are actively seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Swindon office with hybrid working.
Your new role
As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the commercial aspects of major water infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing monthly commercial reports and submitting AFPs
- Managing sub-contract accounts from procurement through to final settlement
- Cash flow and cost/value forecasting
- Supporting project teams on all commercial matters to ensure successful delivery.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will bring:
- Degree/HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying (or similar) or experience equivalent
- Proven experience with NEC contracts and sub-contract management
- Sound negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Full UK driving licence.
