South Bank Colleges Nursery is seeking a proactive and experienced Early Years Practitioner.Successful applicants for the Early Years Practitioner position will need:Minimum Level 3 or above Early Years Education and Childcare Qualification or equivalent.Proven post-qualification experience of working with children.Previous experience in a Good or Outstanding nursery environmentStrong knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) frameworkConfident in creating exceptional learning environments and delivering high-quality interactionsExcellent communication skills with children, parents and colleaguesA commitment to safeguarding, wellbeing and child-centred practiceProfessionalism, reliability, and a positive attitudePassionate about providing personalised, innovative and bespoke childcare experiencesThe capacity to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate respect, and uphold strong values consistently.
