We require a caring and committed Pastoral Assistant/Behaviour Support Worker to join this strong team who support our students in their day to day lives at CPS. You must be calm under pressure and display sensitivity and confidentiality when dealing with students and staff. You will also provide support to the operational work of the Heads of Houses as well as working closely with other colleagues and Pastoral leaders as part of the team in HQ. This role is advertised for 3 days a week (21 hours per week), term time only, including INSET days. Ideal working hours; 8.15am till 4pm (but we can be flexible for the right candidate).Salary: £12,540 per annum (FTE £25,186 per annum)Prior to interview, an online search will be conducted to identify any past or current incidents or issues that might affect your suitability to work with children and undertake this role.
