Up-to-date understanding of end-of-life care and regulatory frameworks across the UK. NMC Registered Nurse (Level 1) and relevant Masters degree (or equivalent experience). Proven track record in assurance, governance, and Patient safety (particularly the patient safety incident response framework (PSIRF) and using learning to drive continuous improvements. Experience of clinical governance at a senior level.
