Broughton House is a 29 bed specialist residential service for adults with severe learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable and effective care environment for those in our care, promoting independence and community integration.
We are looking for full time Support Workers with a passion for delivering outstanding care.
You’ll be working 42 hours a week, covering 12hrs shifts on a rota basis including weekends making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care. Shift times are 7.45am to 7.45pm.
Due to the remote location of the service and lack of public transport, applicants will need to be a driver or have own means of transport.
Please note: We do not offer Visa Sponsorship for this role and you must have at least 12 months or more remaining on your current visa to be considered.
