Turn everyday moments into difference!

Dimensions is a leading social care provider in England and Wales, supporting people with learning disabilities and autism

We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers in Beverley. We're looking for someone who has strong experience working with people who present complex behaviours.

We support a fantastic gentleman with a brain injury and cerebral palsy. He uses a wheelchair but can crouch, and he communicates verbally with a little extra help from pictures. He's full of personality, loves a good laugh, and is always up for some friendly banter! Technology is his absolute passion—he's a real tech enthusiast—but when things don't go to plan, it can be a bit of a challenge. With the right positive behaviour support (which he really benefits from), you'll help him enjoy the things he loves most and keep those good vibes flowing!

The top 5 things most important to the person we support:

- That you care about me.

- That you are happy to do activities with me, especially swimming

- That you are calm

- That you are understanding

- That you help me be independent

Shift Pattern:

Long Day Sleep-In Shifts: 7am - 10pm + sleep from 10pm - 7am
Day Shifts: 7am - 10pm; Early 7am - 2:30pm; Late - 2:30pm -10pm
