What You’ll Need
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Leadership or room management experience
- Passion for childcare and supporting children’s development
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage the pre-school room, ensuring high-quality care and education.
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS.
- Support and mentor staff in the room, fostering teamwork and development.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress, adapting learning to meet individual needs.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
