Available Positions:

Permanent positions.

Young People Project Workers: 1 position, two four hour evening shifts per week, total 8hours. Tuesday and Thursday.

Salary £24,986 to £26,391 FTE per annum

About the Role

We seek enthusiastic individuals to work with young people actively in the community. The role includes leading evening sessions, engaging with young people, developing group activities, and creating an inclusive environment. Your aim is to provide meaningful engagement and develop supportive programmes and activities that make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with young people in a dynamic and interactive way to build trust and rapport.
Plan and deliver evening community activity sessions that are both engaging and meet the needs of the young people you are working with .
Design and implement a structured programme of support tailored to the needs of the group.
Offer trauma-informed, individual support to young individuals (and families) who may have complex needs, including experiencing or at risk of domestic abuse.
Promote a positive and safe environment where young people feel valued and heard.
We are looking for individuals who:

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially with young people.
Are creative, resourceful, and enthusiastic about group activities and initiatives.
Possess the ability to develop and deliver structured programmes that engage diverse groups of young people.
Can adapt to different scenarios and demonstrate patience, empathy, and understanding.
Are available to work in the evenings, flexible where required.
