Summary
Knowledge and Awareness Essential criteria An awareness of all regulatory catering hygiene requirements. Desirable criteria Awareness of health and safety, handling and lifting. COSHH regulations. Skills and Abilities Essential criteria Good food preparation skills. Able to follow written and given instructions. Desirable criteria Able to work with minimum supervision. Experience Essential criteria Previous experience of working in a commercial catering environment. Allergen Training. Qualifications Essential criteria Level Two Food Hygiene certificate or IEHO - (Basic Food Hygiene Certificate).
