Summary
Role: Prescribing Pharmacist Location: Greenwich Part-time 20 hours Self-employed contracts also available Competitive salary/package, dependent on experience We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Clinical Independent Prescribing Pharmacist to join our established team and make a meaningful difference to patient care. As a GP Practice Pharmacist, you will provide patient-facing clinical care, including dispensing advice, treatment, and medication management, as well as supporting administrative and operational tasks within the GP practice. You will be an integral member of the general practice team, working alongside a diverse, multi-skilled team of clinical and non-clinical colleagues to deliver high-quality, person-centred, and holistic care to patients registered with Omnes Healthcare practices. Key Responsibilities Provide independent prescribing services and clinical advice to patients Support medication reviews, reconciliation, and optimisation in line with best practice Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, ANPs, and other primary care professionals to improve patient outcomes Contribute to clinical governance, audit, and service improvement initiatives Deliver patient education and counselling to support safe and effective use of medicines Role Requirements Current GPhC registration Independent Prescribing qualification Experience working within primary care or general practice Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Commitment to high-quality, patient-centred care Evidence of ongoing professional development (CPD) Who we are Omnes Healthcare is a growing, forward-thinking organisation delivering NHS Primary and Secondary Care services since 2006.
