Hours: 37 – Full Time
This advert is open to both Internal and External applicants.
This role requires strong analytical and data handling skills.
The ability to organise 3rd party resources, organise planned works programmes; and lead on operational delivery of the Asset Management Strategy and Energy Performance Strategy ensuring it delivers within a framework of efficiency and value for money.
Support managers across the RMS division by advising on achieving net zero carbon emissions, aligning with Government targets and the Council’s sustainability objectives.
Lead on the collection of robust stock data to ensure planned programmes of work are delivered against the objectives of the Asset Management Strategy or Energy Performance Strategy.
Train and develop the colleagues collecting this data, including those appointed through external contracts.
Prepare reports and statistical information using a variety of formats and media to provide analysis on energy performance and asset management performance to inform asset sustainability.
Use this complex data to maximize investment funding opportunities with a focus on attracting grant and other income.
Report on this data in support of the Councils obligations to the Regulator of Social Housing, the Building Safety Regulator, MHCLG and other key statutory bodies.
