School Liaison and Marketing Officer

Working Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Salary: £26,139 per annum
Annual Leave: 31 days per annum (excluding bank holidays and up to 3 additional discretionary days over the Christmas/New Year period)

Through targeted marketing initiatives and strategic engagement, you’ll help young people see what’s possible and take their next step with confidence.

Responsibilities of our School Liaison and Marketing Officer:
Build and maintain relationships with local schools, college and other education providers to promote college courses and services
Act as the point of contact for all feeder schools to arrange events / activities for the college
Organise and participate in events, presentations, and activities aimed at promoting the college to schools and prospective students
Provide advice and guidance to schools and prospective students about college courses, admission requirements, and financial support
Collaborate with college departments to develop and implement effective outreach strategies to attract more students
Attend school and community events to promote the college and increase awareness of its programs and services
Manage and update relevant databases and systems to ensure accurate tracking of school and student engagement activities
Report on the outcomes of school liaison activities and provide regular feedback to the Senior Management Team
What we’re looking for in our School Liaison and Marketing Officer:
Recent and relevant experience of working in a marketing/advertising/public relations / education environment
Experience of implementing Social Media marketing campaigns
Ability to devise and produce a range of marketing materials and brochures, including proof reading copy
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
Ability to travel to fulfil the role requirements
