Summary
Nursing care will require excellent communication and engagement skills, the ability to deliver therapeutic patient activities, to de-escalate and deal with potentially challenging situations and people. To assist, under supervision with the delivery of nursing care in conjunction with the wider multidisciplinary team. To act as a role model and foster a culture in which compassionate, personalised care is delivered consistently to vulnerable patients requiring one to one care or enhanced care.
