Summary

A great opportunity has arisen to be involved in the assistance of managing key Council facilities within the District of Ashfield, West Nottinghamshire. We are an ambitious District Authority based in Kirkby in Ashfield, within easy reach of Nottingham, Sheffield and Chesterfield.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, committed and self-motivated individual to join our Facilities team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of various facilities management services including building cleaning, caretaking, building management systems and facilities contracts. You will be required to assist in the management of the Facilities staff based at Central Offices and within the Ashfield district. The role also requires the ability to assist with the operational management of off-street car parking within the Ashfield district, as part of the county wide Notts Parking Partnership Agreement.

A full driving licence will be required, as the role involves regular travel to various sites within Ashfield.
