What You’ll Be Doing:
• Leading, evolving, and elevating the Performing Arts (Drama/Music) curriculum
• Directing high-profile school productions, concerts, competitions, and showcases
• Developing and mentoring a talented team of arts educators
• Building strong external partnerships with professional artists, theatres, and musical institutions
• Driving outstanding outcomes in GCSE, A-Level, and enrichment programmes
• Advocating for student voice, creative risk-taking, and genuine inclusion in the arts

Ideal Head of Performing Arts (Drama/Music) for this Havering School:
• UK-trained, fully qualified teacher with QTS and specialist Drama or Music background
• Excellent, recent references rated Good or Outstanding for leadership and teaching
